Retail Ghost — CCTV AI Tracks Victim Through Store → WiFi/BLE Triangulates Phone → mmWave Locks Position → PAL Beam Injects Voices Only Victim Hears
Complete retail attack chain: CCTV AI (YOLO/OpenPose/ReID) tracks victim at 10-30 fps → WiFi probe requests + BLE beacons triangulate phone ±1m → mmWave sensor confirms ±10 cm → Parametric Array Loudspeaker (40 kHz carrier, 6-15° HPBW) steers beam at victim's head → demodulated audio only victim hears → virtual speaker bounce off shelf makes sound appear from products. Detection: 17-20 kHz phone capture, bat detector at 40 kHz, side-step test, WiFi/BLE scanner. Why retail is worse than outdoor: automated tracking, existing infrastructure, bounce acoustics, witness problem.
