Scala Reactive Servo PTZ & PlutoSDR 915 MHz Data Link — Shotgun Mic Tracking & Neural AEC

Real-time kinematic tracking uses Scala Akka/Pekko typed actors to update dual-axis pan/tilt servo positions, mechanically aiming a directional shotgun microphone at a moving target (+18 dB vocal pickup, -24 dB ambient isolation). Target node processes raw 48 kHz audio via DeepFilterNet neural echo cancellation (AEC) and streams clean frames to PlutoSDR, which modulates sound onto a 915 MHz RF carrier.
