Target Lock Registry — MAC Randomization Defeated by RF Fingerprint (SEI)

Live 3D demo of a multi-layer identity correlation engine that fuses MAC address + IMSI/IMEI + physical RF fingerprint (Specific Emitter Identification). Rotating your MAC — the standard privacy defense — does not break the lock because the hardware-bound RF fingerprint never changes: the engine reports HARDWARE_LOCK_MAC_ROTATED and holds confidence at 0.90. A cloned MAC with a forged SIM is flagged SPOOF_ATTEMPT_DETECTED and a SQLite AFTER-UPDATE trigger auto-fires a CRITICAL alert. AES-256-GCM row sealing, RSA-2048 index key.
